Relate, if we cannot relate we cannot help.  We want to succeed with every client; are we able to serve this client well? Refer.  We have some simple guiding principles; Besides listening we need to relate, build trust, and ultimately develop a strong relationship.

 

Getting along with everyone is just not feasible and only working with people just like ourselves does not expand our thinking.

 

If we cannot relate we cannot help.  We want to answer the tough questions, demonstrate our abilities and share ideas.  Most importantly we want to build successful relationships.

 

When we don't relate we refer.  We want every client to succeed.
