Every person, each situation and the relationships developed are unique and fluid.  Go with the flow and keep things moving forward and moving positively.  Our first principle was listen.  That leaves us only part of the way to a solid relationship.

 

Communicating on a successful basis has the varied components of educating and informing across the spectrum of broad strokes to detailed minutia.   Typically the term "minutia" carries a negative connotation, but here it is important to acknowledge that it is merely a stepping stone to a successful relationship.

 

Performance can be thought of in two ways.  First and importantly, financial performance, did you achieve your goals?  Second and just as important, were you comfortable with the process? We can take these questions in different directions and to varying degrees.

 

Every relationship is unique.
